We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Zoning Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics department. The Zoning Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of zoning regulations and policies related to transportation and logistics activities in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and analysis of zoning regulations and policies related to transportation and logistics activities
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning regulations
- Assist in the preparation of zoning applications, permits, and other related documentation
- Conduct research and analysis on zoning issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of zoning plans and strategies
- Support the zoning team in responding to inquiries and concerns from the public and other stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in zoning, transportation planning, or related field
- Strong knowledge of zoning regulations and policies in Sharjah
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS software
