We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Zoning Operations Program Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in zoning operations within the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of successfully managing programs and projects related to zoning compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement zoning strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage zoning operations team to ensure timely and accurate completion of zoning tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for zoning compliance.
- Monitor zoning permits and approvals to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential zoning violations and take corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies to stay up-to-date on zoning laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit zoning reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in zoning operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws and regulations in Sharjah.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
