We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Academic Researcher to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The Academic Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis in the field of healthcare to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and compile information on relevant healthcare topics.
- Design and implement research projects to address key questions in healthcare.
- Collect and analyze data using a variety of research methods and tools.
- Write research reports, articles, and papers for publication in academic journals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, academics, and other researchers to exchange ideas and share findings.
- Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and other academic events.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in healthcare research.

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in a related field (e.g. Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy).
- Experience conducting academic research in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, STATA).
- Knowledge of research ethics and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with grant writing and research funding.

This is a full-time position based in Ajman, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
