We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Dean to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Academic Dean will be responsible for overseeing all academic programs within the Construction department, ensuring high standards of education delivery and student success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Lead curriculum development and review processes to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide leadership and support to faculty members, encouraging professional development and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
- Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing interventions as needed to support student success.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities and promote a holistic educational experience.
- Oversee assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the Construction department at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in academia, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and quality assurance processes.
