We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Dean to join our team in Dubai. The Academic Dean will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Telecommunications department within our institution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic programs and curriculum in the field of Telecommunications that meet the needs of students and industry standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty members, ensuring high quality teaching and research in the department
- Oversee student admissions, progression, and graduation processes
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the relevance of the Telecommunications programs and facilitate internships and job placements for students
- Manage departmental budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations
- Represent the Telecommunications department at internal and external events and meetings

Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in academia in the field of Telecommunications
- Experience in curriculum development, program management, and faculty supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education
