Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Ajman. This role will focus on optimizing operational processes, managing client accounts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, operations, and project management within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on project status.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and growth.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the account management team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless integration of services.
3. Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on course.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of account strategies and operational plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings.
5. Team Leadership:
- Mentor, train, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance in account operations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, operations, or program management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and client needs.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using project management and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
