We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing
- Reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and submit financial reports as needed
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- [X] years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
