We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience working in an office setting. This position will be based in the Education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and employees regarding financial matters
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
