Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ajman within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by assisting with financial documentation, data entry, and coordination of various accounts-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Ensure that all financial documents are accurately processed and filed in accordance with company policies.

2. Data Entry and Management:
- Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Support Daily Operations:
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial policies.

4. Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries and account statuses.
- Support the Accounts Coordinator in resolving discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments.

5. Reporting:
- Prepare and assist in generating reports related to accounts payable/receivable, project costs, and other financial metrics as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial reports.

6. General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
