We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable department and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable team and oversee day-to-day operations
- Review and approve invoices for payment
- Ensure all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the accounts payable process
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable
- Participate in financial audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- [X] years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
