We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions for our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers on outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
