Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Activities Coordinator to join our team in the vibrant real estate sector of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of activities and events that enhance our brand presence and foster client relationships within the real estate market. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Design and implement engaging events, including property showcases, open houses, client appreciation events, and networking opportunities that align with the company's marketing objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities that promote our real estate offerings.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within financial constraints while maximizing impact and engagement.
- Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, including caterers, venues, and event production companies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance engagement and retention through tailored activities that cater to their interests and needs.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns related to events and activities, leveraging social media and other platforms to promote upcoming events and engage with potential clients.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback from participants post-events to assess satisfaction and gather insights for future improvements. Prepare reports on event outcomes and provide recommendations for future activities.
- Administrative Support: Maintain comprehensive records of all activities, including budgets, attendee lists, and post-event evaluations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in event planning, activities coordination, or a related field, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and executing events from inception to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends is highly desirable.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to enhance client experiences.
