We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Addiction Counselor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Addiction Counselor in the financial services industry, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction issues within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the severity of addiction and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to clients struggling with addiction.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care for clients.
- Educating clients on the effects of addiction and providing resources for recovery.
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in addiction counseling.
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
