We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Addiction Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Addiction Specialist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of addiction specialists to provide support and assistance to individuals struggling with addiction in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist addiction specialists in assessing clients' needs and developing treatment plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with addiction specialists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Assist in facilitating group therapy sessions and educational workshops
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on developments in the field of addiction treatment and participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Empathy and compassion for individuals struggling with addiction
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for addiction
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
