We are seeking a dynamic and creative Advertising Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Advertising Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Advertising teams to develop and implement advertising campaigns that promote our retail products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to create and produce advertising materials
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in managing the advertising budget and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all advertising channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
