Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising sales strategies specifically tailored for the agriculture sector. This role requires a deep understanding of both the agricultural industry and advertising sales processes to effectively promote our diverse range of advertising solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive advertising sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the agricultural sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including agricultural businesses, cooperatives, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase advertising solutions and demonstrate value.

3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the agriculture sector.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor advertising solutions that meet their specific requirements.

4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipeline effectively.

6. Advertising Solution Development:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop innovative advertising campaigns and materials that resonate with the agricultural audience.
- Ensure that advertising solutions align with the clients' goals and branding strategies.

7. Networking and Industry Events:
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our advertising offerings and expand professional connections.
- Engage with industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising sales, with a strong focus on the agriculture industry being highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
