We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aerodynamics Engineer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerodynamics and engineering, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct aerodynamic analysis for various real estate projects, including buildings, structures, and developments
- Utilize software and tools to model and simulate airflow patterns, pressures, and forces on structures
- Provide recommendations for optimizing aerodynamic performance and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to integrate aerodynamic solutions into project designs
- Conduct wind tunnel testing and analysis to validate aerodynamic models and simulations
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in aerodynamics technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in aerodynamics engineering (preferably in the real estate industry)
- Proficiency in aerodynamics software and tools such as Fluent, ANSYS, or OpenFOAM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to aerodynamics
