We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Agricultural Extension Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Agricultural Extension Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to farmers and agricultural businesses in implementing financial services related to agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of agricultural extension programs and services in collaboration with financial institutions.
- Provide technical assistance to farmers on financial services available for agriculture, including loans, grants, and subsidies.
- Conduct outreach and education activities to promote financial literacy among farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Collaborate with agricultural experts and financial advisors to develop customized financial plans for farmers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural extension programs and services in improving financial outcomes for farmers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities and outcomes related to agricultural extension services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in agricultural extension or related field.
- Knowledge of financial services available for agriculture in Dubai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
