We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agricultural operations within our construction company. This includes managing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural programs and initiatives to support the company's construction projects.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of agricultural activities, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
- Oversee the maintenance of agricultural equipment and machinery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural projects to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate agricultural activities with construction timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to agricultural operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of agricultural workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural operations management, preferably in a construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license.
