We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Scientist to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agricultural Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research, experiments, and analysis related to agricultural practices and technologies as they pertain to our real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various agricultural practices and technologies to optimize yield and sustainability on our properties
- Develop and implement innovative agricultural solutions to enhance the value and appeal of our real estate assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute agricultural projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data related to agriculture production, soil health, and crop performance
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for agricultural management and sustainability
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in agricultural science

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in agricultural research and analysis
- Strong knowledge of crop science, soil health, and sustainable agriculture practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies
