We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As the Agricultural Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all agricultural operations related to pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agricultural operation programs to ensure the efficient production of pharmaceutical crops.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of agricultural operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to optimize crop yields and quality.
- Monitor and analyze agricultural data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to agricultural operations.
- Manage and oversee a team of agricultural technicians and specialists.
- Develop and manage budgets for agricultural operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to agricultural operations.
