We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah. The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of aircraft in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of aircraft maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of parts and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with aircraft
- Ensure all maintenance records and documentation are up to date and accurate
- Monitor and track maintenance costs and budgetary constraints
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- FAA or EASA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
