We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Manager to oversee operations at our airport facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport management and a thorough understanding of the energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of airport operations, including terminal management, aircraft ground handling, air traffic control, and security
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize airport efficiency and ensure a seamless passenger experience
- Manage airport staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with airlines, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage the airport budget, ensuring financial sustainability and cost efficiency
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure the safety and security of all airport operations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field
