We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Manager to oversee the operations of our agricultural airport located in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all airport activities related to the transportation and handling of agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize airport operations and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with agricultural suppliers, freight forwarders, and airlines to ensure timely and secure transportation of agricultural products.
- Manage airport staff, including pilots, ground crew, and maintenance personnel, to ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of airport facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Monitor and control airport budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to maintain necessary permits and licenses.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and freshness of agricultural products during transit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
