We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and support our alumni network within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an alumni program that fosters strong relationships with former employees, partners, and customers within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Create engaging events, activities, and communication initiatives to keep alumni connected and informed about company news, industry trends, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage alumni expertise, resources, and connections for business development and recruitment purposes
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for alumni inquiries, feedback, and support requests
- Manage the alumni database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of alumni contact information and engagement history

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, program management, or community engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
