We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alumni Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cultivating relationships and engaging with alumni in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy to foster long-term relationships with former employees, clients, and partners
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities to connect alumni with current employees and industry professionals
- Manage communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and online platforms, to keep alumni updated on company news and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage alumni expertise, resources, and support for business development initiatives
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics to measure the success of the program and identify areas for improvement
- Provide personalized support and guidance to alumni seeking career development opportunities, mentorship, or professional growth within the real estate industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred
