Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Program Operations Manager to lead our analytics initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
- Oversee the execution and delivery of analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure that analytics solutions meet business needs.
2. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and analytics tools to support business operations.
- Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
3. Operational Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance analytics operations.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all analytics operations.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and R&D teams, to understand their analytics needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of analytics capabilities.
- Represent the analytics program in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related discipline); Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics program management or operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.).
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
