Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Behaviorist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Animal Behaviorist in the agriculture sector, you will be responsible for studying, analyzing, and understanding the behavior of animals on our farm. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies for improving animal welfare, productivity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting behavioral observations and assessments of animals on the farm
- Developing and implementing enrichment programs to enhance the physical and mental well-being of the animals
- Collaborating with veterinarians and other animal care professionals to provide comprehensive care for the animals
- Designing and conducting research studies to better understand animal behavior and optimize farm management practices
- Providing training and support to farm staff on animal behavior and handling techniques
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Zoology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with animals in an agriculture or related setting
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior, welfare, and husbandry practices
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
