Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Animal Control Officer to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Animal Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring the humane treatment of animals within our properties and enforcing local animal control laws and regulations. This role requires a strong passion for animal welfare and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all interactions with animals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to reports of animal welfare concerns within our properties
- Investigate cases of animal neglect or abuse and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals involved
- Capture and safely handle stray or dangerous animals within our properties
- Educate property owners and residents on responsible pet ownership practices
- Work closely with local authorities and animal welfare organizations to coordinate rescue and rehabilitation efforts for animals in distress
- Maintain accurate records of all animal control activities and report findings to management as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in animal control or a related field
- Knowledge of local animal control laws and regulations in Dubai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to handle and restrain animals safely
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
