Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Apartment Rental Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in retail properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and a passion for helping clients find their perfect home.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between property owners and prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings and showings for potential renters
- Negotiate rental agreements and terms on behalf of clients
- Maintain a database of available properties and keep accurate records of all transactions
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and pricing in the real estate industry
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Rental Agent or similar role
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license
