We are seeking a motivated and experienced Apartment Rental Agent to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi rental market.

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential tenants for available apartments in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments to prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements and lease terms with tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of available apartments and rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and rental rates in Abu Dhabi
- Collaborate with property owners to ensure their properties are well-maintained and attract quality tenants
- Work closely with other real estate agents and property managers to promote available apartments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience as a Rental Agent in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successfully closing rental agreements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
- UAE driving license is preferred
