Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team specializing in healthcare architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans that adhere to applicable codes and regulations, ensuring that healthcare facilities are not only functional but also conducive to patient care and staff efficiency. This role requires a solid understanding of architectural design principles as well as a familiarity with healthcare-specific building requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce high-quality drawings and documentation.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Assist in conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all project drawings and documents.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting and healthcare design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on healthcare projects preferred.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and healthcare facility requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an advantage.
