We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Architectural Manager will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects within our educational institution, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the planning, design, and execution of all architectural projects within the institution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Review and approve architectural drawings, designs, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that architectural projects meet the needs and requirements of the institution
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture and design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- [X] years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
