We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Art Assistant in our construction company based in Dubai. The Art Assistant will work closely with the Art Director and other members of the design team to assist in the creation and implementation of artistic elements in construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop artistic concepts for construction projects
- Assist in the creation of sketches, drawings, and other visual representations of artistic ideas
- Source materials and supplies needed for artistic elements
- Assist in the installation and implementation of artistic elements on construction sites
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in the coordination of art-related events and exhibitions
- Research current art and design trends to ensure the company remains innovative and up-to-date in its artistic approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field
- Prior experience in a creative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of art history and design principles
