We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Gallery Curator to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art curation and a deep understanding of healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive art program for the healthcare facility, including selecting and acquiring artwork, creating exhibitions, and managing the gallery space.
- Collaborate with artists, art dealers, and collectors to acquire new artwork for the gallery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international artists, galleries, and institutions to enhance the gallery's collection.
- Organize and oversee the installation of artwork in the gallery space, ensuring that all pieces are displayed in a visually appealing and accessible manner.
- Conduct research on healthcare art trends and best practices to continuously improve the gallery's offerings.
- Manage the gallery's budget, including purchasing artwork, organizing events, and marketing the gallery to the public.
- Coordinate and promote exhibitions, events, and educational programs to engage patients, visitors, and staff with the artwork.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate art into healing environments and support patient well-being.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in art curation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art trends and artists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and art management software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to art in healthcare environments.
