Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Art Program Manager to oversee and enhance our educational art programs in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in art education, program development, and management, along with a passion for fostering creativity and artistic expression among students. The Art Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum, coordinating events, and engaging with the community to promote the importance of the arts in education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate innovative art programs and curricula that cater to diverse student populations, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators, artists, and community organizations to create partnerships that enhance program offerings and increase student engagement in the arts.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize art exhibitions, workshops, and community events that showcase student work and promote art education within the community.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise art educators and program staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Assessment and Reporting: Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, preparing reports for stakeholders that demonstrate the impact of art education on student outcomes.
- Community Engagement: Actively promote the art programs through outreach initiatives, social media, and community involvement, fostering a supportive environment for the arts.
- Resource Development: Identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships to support program sustainability and growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in arts education, program management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of art techniques, materials, and teaching methodologies.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students, staff, and community members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital tools for program management and communication.
- Familiarity with the local arts and education landscape in Dubai is an advantage.
