Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Artificial Intelligence Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team in the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and optimization of AI solutions that drive business innovation, enhance product quality, and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Analysis:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for AI and machine learning projects.
- Analyze consumer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to implement data-driven solutions.

2. AI Model Support:
- Help in the development, testing, and validation of AI models to optimize product recommendations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Monitor the performance of existing AI models and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.

3. Research and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies relevant to the consumer goods sector.
- Assist in researching new AI tools and technologies that can enhance the company's operational efficiencies and competitive advantage.

4. Project Coordination:
- Support the AI Specialist in managing AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate meetings and documentation related to AI projects, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather requirements and provide AI insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, project updates, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

6. User Training and Support:
- Assist in training team members on the use of AI tools and systems.
- Provide ongoing support for users of AI-driven applications within the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, as well as experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
