We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the aerospace and defense industry and possess a strong understanding of asset management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Asset Manager in maintaining accurate records of all assets within the organization
- Assist in tracking the lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all assets are accounted for and in good working condition
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information on asset usage and performance
- Assist in developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures
- Generate reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and maintenance costs
- Provide support in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in asset management processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in asset management, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to asset management
