We are looking for an experienced Asset Protection Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Asset Protection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the security of all company assets, including physical property, inventory, and intellectual property. This individual will work closely with the operations team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and prevent losses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and prevent theft or vandalism.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and work with law enforcement as needed.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and agencies.
- Stay informed about current trends and technologies in asset protection and security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
