We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Baker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of products
- Operate baking equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the Head Baker and other team members to develop new recipes and products
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with special orders or requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Assistant Baker in a commercial kitchen setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary or baking certification is a plus
