We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our agricultural products and services in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales for agricultural products.
- Support the Brand Manager in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities in the agricultural industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment on brand strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in managing brand budgets and tracking performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed and make strategic recommendations to enhance the brand's position in the market.
- Support the Brand Manager in developing content for marketing materials, social media platforms, and other communication channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the agriculture industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and understanding of agricultural products and services is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
