### Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Education sector, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the planning, design, and implementation of various civil engineering projects aimed at enhancing educational facilities and infrastructure. ### Key Responsibilities:

- Project Support: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects related to educational facilities, including schools, universities, and training centers.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and architects to develop engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, assess compliance with design specifications, and identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records of site activities, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Cost Estimation: Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates by gathering relevant data and analyzing project requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and educational authorities, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance in resolving engineering challenges and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those specific to education infrastructure.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in civil engineering and education infrastructure, and actively participate in training and development opportunities.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in educational projects or infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
