We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress on construction sites and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being done according to specifications and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Assist in developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and contractors
- Collaborate with the Education department to incorporate educational components into construction projects, such as interactive displays or learning opportunities for students
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and any potential risks or challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
