We are a leading manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Controller in overseeing all financial activities of the company
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Assist in financial audits and tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least [Random number] years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
