We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Counselor to join our team in the Energy sector based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal counseling, with a focus on energy-related matters.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Counselor in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of energy-related issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues affecting the energy sector.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements with external parties, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and regulations impacting the energy sector in Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and finance teams, to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Support the Counselor in managing legal disputes and litigation, including coordinating with external legal counsel.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university; Master's degree in Energy Law is a plus.
- Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi or a relevant jurisdiction.
- [5-8] years of experience in legal counseling, with a focus on the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of energy laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
