We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Curator to join our team in Ajman, UAE, within the healthcare sector. The Assistant Curator will work closely with the Curator to assist in the planning and implementation of exhibitions, events, and educational programs within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Curator in researching, selecting, and acquiring artworks and artifacts for the collection
- Collaborate with the Curator to develop and implement exhibition concepts and themes
- Coordinate loan agreements with external institutions and artists
- Manage the documentation and inventory of the collection
- Assist in the installation and deinstallation of exhibitions
- Conduct research on the collection and related topics
- Assist in the development and delivery of educational programs and tours
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote exhibitions and events
- Attend meetings and represent the institution at external events as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a museum or gallery setting
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of best practices in collections management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collections management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or a related field
- Experience with exhibition planning and implementation
- Knowledge of healthcare-related art and artifacts

This is a full-time position based in Ajman, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience.
