We are seeking a creative and motivated Assistant Designer to join our team in Al Ain. The Assistant Designer will work closely with the Design team to assist in the development of new products and collections for our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching current trends in fashion and design
- Collaborate with the Design team to create mood boards and design concepts
- Assist in sketching and creating technical drawings for new designs
- Source materials and trims for new collections
- Attend fittings and assist in making any necessary adjustments to designs
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production of new designs
- Assist in creating line sheets and presentations for buyers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- [X] years of experience in a design or retail environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong sketching and technical drawing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing processes
