We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing with a background in Information Technology to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures, as well as a deep knowledge of information technology systems and tools used in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, with a focus on integrating information technology solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement and maintain electronic health records systems, telemedicine platforms, and other technology solutions that support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff on the use of technology tools and systems, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of information technology solutions in improving nursing workflows, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to the integration of information technology in nursing practice.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, IT professionals, and other healthcare stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration on technology-related initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics or a related field.
- Active nursing license in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing practice, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems and tools used in healthcare settings, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, and clinical decision support systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training and educating nursing staff on the use of technology tools and systems.
