We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee all operations on the farm, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Farm Manager in planning and implementing farm activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest control
- Manage and maintain telecommunications equipment installed on the farm, including cell towers, antennas, and cables
- Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues with the telecommunications infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Supervise farm workers and telecommunications technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Keep accurate records of farm activities and telecommunications maintenance
- Collaborate with the Farm Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving farm productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Telecommunications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in farm management, telecommunications, or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
