Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai, where the worlds of golf and pharmaceuticals intersect. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the golf facility. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Instruction and Coaching: Assist in the delivery of golf lessons and clinics to players of all skill levels. Provide individual coaching and group instruction to help improve players' techniques and knowledge of the game.

- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of golf tournaments, corporate outings, and special events. Collaborate with the team to ensure all logistics are managed effectively.

- Pro Shop Operations: Assist with the management of the pro shop, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales. Maintain a clean and organized retail space that showcases high-quality golf equipment and apparel.

- Membership Engagement: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members through regular communication and engagement. Promote membership benefits and encourage participation in golf events and activities.

- Golf Course Maintenance: Collaborate with the grounds staff to ensure the golf course is maintained to the highest standards. Provide feedback on course conditions and assist with daily operations as needed.

- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote golf programs, events, and membership opportunities. Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with the community.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Head Golf Professional, including scheduling lessons, maintaining records, and managing communications.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a golf-related role, with a strong background in customer service and instruction.
- Certification from a recognized golf association (e.g., PGA, LPGA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, rules, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using golf management software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport within the local community.
- Experience in a related field, such as hospitality or sports management, is a plus.
